Who Is DMA Nutrition?
DMA Nutrition is an organization dedicated to providing the most up-to-date nutritional advice to help achieve a higher quality of living. Nutrition is an ever changing and complex changing field that impact all facets of you life. We follow established American Dietetic Association guidelines to provide you with the relevant emerging nutritional therapies from licensed Registered Dietitians.
We will help you create a detail meal plan and also guide you in how to work through that meal plan.
You know where your nutrition is, we know where it should be so we both work together in trying to meet in the middle.

- General Nutrition
Are you confused on what you should be eating, at what time, how much? If you are confused with all of the nutritional messages out there and just don’t know what is good for you anymore, let a dietitian help!
A Dietitian will go through your diet and guide you into the direction that is best for your health. We will give you the most up to date nutritional guidelines and most importantly, help you figure out how to add them to your diet. This is an ideal service for those who just don’t feel like they are eating correctly and would like guidance in establishing a healthy meal plan.
- Weight Loss Programs
Have you tried and tried to loose weight but nothing has helped? Let a professional help! We have an established weight loss program that will focus on a ‘healthy’ steady weight loss. This program will touch on a range of topics that fit your needs; such as, cooking for a family, eating on the run, meal planning, healthy restaurant eating, stress/emotional eating, fullness factor, etc. And most importantly it is designed to around you and your individual needs!
- Diabetic Medical Nutritional Therapy
Have you or someone you know just became a diabetic and don’t understand how to eat, what to eat, or what diabetes even is? Or are have you had diabetes for awhile, but your sugars are going up and up? Do you need a refresher? Let the registered dietitian help!
A dietitian will use the American Diabetes Association established guidelines to help you treat your diabetes with nutrition and exercise. Other topics covered in the program include sick care management, insulin education, foot care, and other self care diabetes management techniques.

- Eating Disorders
Have you recently been diagnosed with an eating disorder? Are you worried that your child might be more than just a ‘picky’ eater?
For effective and long term treatment of any eating disorder it has been highly recommended that a registered dietitian be a part of a treatment team. Dina has had over 7 years working with eating disorder clients.

- Sports Nutrition
Are you training for a marathon, triathlon, or any other endurance race? Has your performance been affected due to poor nutrition?

How much protein is too much? For those with chronic renal failure, we can help figure out a solid meal plan to help you eat with and not against this health condition.
